Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 6 Cups Broccoli Florets Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onions Thinly Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked turkey bacon Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds Shelled
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Dressing
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • to Taste Salt and Pepper

Method
 

  1. Combine broccoli, onion, turkey bacon, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together mayo, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss well.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then toss again before serving.

Notes

For a healthier option, use Greek yogurt instead of mayo.
