Method
- Grease the crockpot and prepare the pudding by mixing pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Prepare the cake batter as per package instructions and pour into the crockpot.
- Gently pour pudding over the batter without stirring, then sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours until edges are set but center is gooey.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
For an extra gooey center, cook closer to 2 hours.
