Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 9 oz cheese tortellini
Meat
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, diced
Dairy & Eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
Vegetables & Aromatics
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Seasonings
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Garnish
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook tortellini according to package; drain.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy; remove and set aside. Sauté garlic in drippings.
  3. Whisk cream, Parmesan, and eggs; add tortellini to skillet, then pour in sauce, stirring quickly.
  4. Add bacon back, season with salt and pepper, and serve garnished with parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan on top before serving.
