Method
- Cook tortellini according to package; drain.
- Cook bacon until crispy; remove and set aside. Sauté garlic in drippings.
- Whisk cream, Parmesan, and eggs; add tortellini to skillet, then pour in sauce, stirring quickly.
- Add bacon back, season with salt and pepper, and serve garnished with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan on top before serving.
