Method
- Cook macaroni until al dente, drain and rinse.
- Boil diced potatoes until tender, drain and rinse.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Combine macaroni, potatoes, carrots, celery (optional) with the dressing.
- Stir in chopped hard boiled eggs (optional).
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
For a tangier flavor, add a bit more apple cider vinegar.
