Method
- Wash and peel potatoes, then slice into 1/4 inch thick slices.
- Place sliced potatoes into the crockpot.
- Dice onion, then add onion, dried thyme, and cubed turkey ham into the crockpot.
- Add cream of mushroom soup and mix. It doesn't have to be perfect.
- Cook on high for 3.5-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once potatoes are softened, add cheddar cheese and mix. Melt for 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Notes
Stirring during cooking helps the potatoes cook evenly.
