Method
- Grease or line the slow cooker.
- Mix cake mix, water, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips or fruit if desired.
- Pour batter into slow cooker and cover.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 15 minutes, then serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For extra flavor, top with whipped cream or ice cream before serving.
