Method
- Wash the spinach thoroughly.
- Place the spinach and water in a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Strain the mixture, pressing to extract liquid.
- Simmer strained liquid over low heat to concentrate color. Be careful not to burn it.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Notes
For a deeper green, use more spinach. Adjust simmering time to achieve desired color intensity.
