  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
  2. Place the spinach and water in a blender.
  3. Blend until completely smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture, pressing to extract liquid.
  5. Simmer strained liquid over low heat to concentrate color. Be careful not to burn it.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Notes

For a deeper green, use more spinach. Adjust simmering time to achieve desired color intensity.
