- Layer sliced potatoes and diced ham in the crockpot.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour, then gradually add milk and cream. Stir in seasonings.
- Pour sauce over potatoes and ham. Top with cheddar and parmesan cheese.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use a combination of Gruyere and Parmesan cheese. Ensure potatoes are thinly sliced for even cooking.
