Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or holiday sprinkles (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; cream wet ingredients in another, then combine.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips or sprinkles if desired.
  4. Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes; cool on wire rack before serving.

Notes

Chill dough for easier handling if needed.
