Method
- Add olive oil to slow cooker and place chicken breasts inside.
- Mix cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper; pour over chicken.
- Add rice and vegetables on top, then cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred chicken and mix everything before serving.
