Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz can
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Add olive oil to slow cooker and place chicken breasts inside.
  2. Mix cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper; pour over chicken.
  3. Add rice and vegetables on top, then cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  4. Shred chicken and mix everything before serving.

Notes

Ensure chicken is cooked through before shredding.
