Method
- Dice potatoes, ham, and onion.
- Combine soup and milk in a bowl.
- Layer half of the potatoes in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle half of the ham, onion, and cheese over potatoes.
- Repeat layers.
- Pour soup mixture over the top.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook on low for 6 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use a combination of cheddar and Gruyere cheese.
