Method
- Preheat your grill to 400°F.
- Mash butter, salt, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth.
- Rub corn with butter mixture. Wrap two ears in foil to seal.
- Place packets on grill. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip packets. Grill for 10-20 minutes until cooked and browned.
- Remove, open carefully, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of chili powder to the butter mixture.
