Grilled Corn on the Cob in Foil

Ingredients
  

Butter Mixture
  • 4 tablespoons softened butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried garlic powder (optional)
  • teaspoon ground black pepper (optional)
Corn
  • 6 ears corn shucked

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to 400°F.
  2. Mash butter, salt, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Rub corn with butter mixture. Wrap two ears in foil to seal.
  4. Place packets on grill. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Flip packets. Grill for 10-20 minutes until cooked and browned.
  6. Remove, open carefully, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of chili powder to the butter mixture.
