Method
- Add broth, Cajun seasoning, and pasta to the Instant Pot. Push pasta down to submerge. Do not stir.
- Layer the frozen shrimp on top of the pasta.
- Secure lid and cook on high pressure for 6 minutes. Quick release pressure.
- Stir in Velveeta until melted and creamy.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
