Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 1 lb fettuccine (broken in half)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Shrimp
  • 1 lb frozen raw shrimp
Cheese
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese (cubed)

Method
 

  1. Add broth, Cajun seasoning, and pasta to the Instant Pot. Push pasta down to submerge. Do not stir.
  2. Layer the frozen shrimp on top of the pasta.
  3. Secure lid and cook on high pressure for 6 minutes. Quick release pressure.
  4. Stir in Velveeta until melted and creamy.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
