  • 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Seasonings

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in crockpot.
  2. Mix heavy cream, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour sauce over chicken.

  5. Shred chicken, stir with sauce, garnish with parsley before serving.
