Method
- Optional: Sear pork chops in 1 tbsp butter until golden, 2 minutes per side.
- Whisk together heavy cream, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place pork chops in crockpot, pour sauce over, and cover.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until tender and sauce thickens.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with vegetables or cauliflower mash.
Notes
Ensure pork chops are cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
