Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 4 pieces thick-cut pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Optional: Sear pork chops in 1 tbsp butter until golden, 2 minutes per side.
  2. Whisk together heavy cream, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place pork chops in crockpot, pour sauce over, and cover.
  4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours until tender and sauce thickens.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve with vegetables or cauliflower mash.

Notes

Ensure pork chops are cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
