Ingredients
  

Bingsu Ingredients
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk for drizzling
  • 4 cups Milk or flavored milk
  • To taste Toppings red bean paste, mochi, fruit, etc.

Method
 

  1. Pour milk into the Bingsu machine's freezing drum.
  2. Turn on the Bingsu machine and freeze the milk solid.
  3. Shave the frozen milk into fine ice using the machine.
  4. Create a mound of shaved ice in a bowl.
  5. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk and add toppings.
  6. Serve immediately.

Adjust the amount of sweetened condensed milk and toppings to your preference.
