Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread marinara in a baking dish, fill and roll noodles, place seam-side down.
- Top with remaining marinara and mozzarella, cover with foil, bake 25 mins, then uncover and bake 10 mins.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with basil, and serve.
Notes
For best results, use fresh basil and ensure noodles are cooked al dente.
