Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook tortellini, then drain.
- Mix tortellini, marinara, ricotta, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased 9x13-inch dish, top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 more until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool briefly, garnish with basil if desired, and serve.
Notes
For a creamier texture, add a splash of heavy cream before baking.
