Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 16 oz spaghetti uncooked
Cheese
  • 16 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
Meat & Sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef with salt and pepper, then mix with marinara sauce.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, half of the mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
  4. Layer cooked spaghetti, meat sauce, and cheese mixture in a baking dish, then top with remaining mozzarella.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a splash of milk or heavy cream to the cheese mixture.
