Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, yogurt, vanilla, and bananas; combine.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients; fold in nuts or chocolate chips if using.
- Bake for 60–65 minutes, cool before slicing.
