Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, add eggs, vanilla, and food coloring.
- Gradually add dry mixture to wet, form dough, chill for 30 minutes.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls, roll in powdered sugar, place on sheets.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until crackled. Cool before serving.
