  • 3 pounds potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 pound turkey ham diced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 10.5 ounces cheddar cheese soup 1 can
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Prepare the cooker insert by spraying lightly with cooking oil.
  2. Add half of the potatoes, onion, ham, and ⅓ of the cheese to the bottom of the cooker.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Repeat the layers.
  5. Finish with a final layer of sliced potatoes.
  6. Whisk the soup and heavy cream together and pour over the layers.
  7. Top with the remaining ham and cheese.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use a combination of cheddar and Gruyere cheese.
