  • 2 pounds russet potatoes thinly sliced
  • 2 cups diced turkey ham cooked
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk whole milk preferred
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Whisk together soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grease slow cooker. Layer half potatoes, ham, cheese, and soup mixture.
  3. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  4. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are fork-tender.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheese, cover, and cook for 10 minutes to melt.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of milk.
