Method
- Whisk together soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grease slow cooker. Layer half potatoes, ham, cheese, and soup mixture.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are fork-tender.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese, cover, and cook for 10 minutes to melt.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of milk.
