Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 1/2 lb penne pasta
Ground Chicken
  • 1/2 lb ground chicken
Vegetables & Seasonings
  • 1 item onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cups diced or crushed tomatoes
  • 1/5 cup red grape juice, optional
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon cube, crumbled
  • 1 leaf bay leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Add ground chicken, season with salt, pepper, and bay leaf, then pour in onion, garlic, tomatoes, bouillon, and grape juice into slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours.
  3. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  4. Mix pasta into the sauce, let sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve topped with cheese and fresh pepper.

Notes

You can add grated cheese or fresh herbs for extra flavor.
