Method
- Add ground chicken, season with salt, pepper, and bay leaf, then pour in onion, garlic, tomatoes, bouillon, and grape juice into slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours.
- Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Mix pasta into the sauce, let sit for 10 minutes.
- Serve topped with cheese and fresh pepper.
