Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Boiling water
  • 1.5 cups boiling water

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter into slow cooker and add boiling water on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 2-2.5 hours, then let sit for 30 minutes.
