Method
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and pepper.
- Place chicken in slow cooker and pour sauce over it.
- Add vegetables on top and cook on low 6-8 hours.
- Optional: stir cornstarch mixed with water into sauce during last 30 minutes.
- Serve over rice or noodles with sauce.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, add cornstarch mixture during cooking.
