Method
- Slice potatoes, dice ham, grate cheese, slice green onions, and mince garlic and thyme.
- Combine heavy cream, chicken broth, mustard, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Layer potatoes, ham, cheese, green onions, garlic, thyme, and cream sauce in a greased slow cooker, repeating 3 times.
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours until potatoes are tender. Let sit for 15-20 minutes before serving.
