  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

Method
 

  1. Prepare cauliflower by slicing into 1-inch thick steaks.
  2. Season steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side or roast at 425°F for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Brush with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes to caramelize.
