Method
- Boil potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and cool.
- Cut potatoes in half and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add sour cream and toss until coated.
- Add lemon juice and zest, dill and shallot and toss. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use full-fat sour cream.
