Method
 

  1. Melt the white chocolate wafers according to package directions. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add green food coloring to the melted white chocolate until desired shade is achieved. Stir well.
  3. Dip each Oreo cookie into the melted green chocolate, coating completely.
  4. Place dipped Oreos on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Immediately sprinkle green sprinkles over the wet chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
