  • 0.25 cup chopped dill pickles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Boil potatoes until fork-tender, then drain and cool.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and vinegar.
  3. Add potatoes, onion, bacon, cheese, parsley, and pickles to the dressing; stir gently.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Notes
