2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 egg egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
3 to 4 cups powdered sugar for icing
2 tablespoons milk
