Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix dry ingredients.
- Cream butter and sugar, then add egg and extracts.
- Gradually blend in dry ingredients, form dough balls, and roll in sugar.
- Place on baking sheet, flatten, and add sprinkles if desired.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, then cool on racks.
Notes
For softer cookies, do not overbake.
