  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg Ground

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the potatoes: Peel and slice into thin rounds.
  3. Sauté the onions and garlic: Sauté onions in butter until translucent, then add garlic until fragrant.
  4. Make the cream mixture: Whisk together cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and half the cheese.
