Protein
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 cup frozen peas
  • 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker with broth and vegetables, then add seasonings and soup.
  2. Cook on low for 6-7 hours, then shred chicken and stir in peas.
  3. Cut biscuit dough into quarters and add to the cooker, then cook on high for 30 minutes.
