Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Mix in maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients. Scoop dough onto sheets, 2 inches apart.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on sheets for 5 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate chips. Dip cookies halfway, decorate with sprinkles or nuts, and let set.
